The quickest way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. We try to reply within a few working days.
A mistake in an article
Tell us the address of the article, what is wrong and, if you can, a link to an official source with the current information. We check every report, correct the article and update the date it was checked.
An organisation in the directory
To add an organisation or update its details, send us its name, country and city, what it does, a website or social media page and a contact. A form for organisations is on the way.
What we cannot do
We are not a government body: we do not accept applications for documents, give legal advice or speed up a procedure at an embassy or ministry. For your specific case, contact the institution concerned — the articles in the guide link to them.
